"Superfunctionalism" is a proven method of life-achievement
through self-improvement.  Fundamentally, Superfunctionalism
promotes holistic living practices based on popular ideas, such
as nutrition, exercise science, neurology, and spirituality.

Superfunctionalism's closest relative is Kurt Goldstein's theory of
"
self-actualization". Self actualization held the highest place in
Maslow's hierarchy of human needs.  Some might consider
Superfunctionalism to be, largely, an updated iteration of
Maslow and Goldstein's underlying belief.

The major differences would be the addition of modern business
communciation principles and a wider base of sources, including
Eastern thought.  It is true, generally, that a Superfunctionalist is
a true "Renaissance person", a self-actualized person.
The Online Edition is a summary version only. It will give visitors to the site an introduction to the overall
philosphy and methodology of the lifestyle.   For a fully detailed explanation of Superfunctionalism, please
watch for the upcoming
Second Edition.  In the mean time, please browse these pages to become more
familiarized with the logic of the philosophy.  In many instances, the theoretical underpinnings of
Superfunctionalism rely on science, such as nutrition, biology, neurology, and classical physics.

You will find many links to other websites containing further information, in lieu of a fully detailed and
referenced explanation of each of Superfunctionalism's theoretical underpinnings.  If you have any
feedback or questions about Superfunctionalism after reading the page and the links, please feel free to
contact us at: contact@superfunctionalism.com.

The main idea of the upcoming book
The Formula for Success is that anything you could ever dream is
possible to achieve through planning and execution.  When coupled with self-improvement, through
superfunctionalism, these accomplshments will be bigger, easier for you, and better handled than you ever
thought possible.

The first step in Superfunctionalism is to set goals you CANT achieve right now.  Set goals that you would
love to achieve, but are unable to accomplish for lack of money, lack of time, lack of motivation, lack of
confidence, lack of technical ability, or any other limitation you can imagine.

The next step is to start becoming the person who can accomplish that goal.
